Each signer needs valid ID. Each signature requiring a notarial certificate is a separate notarial act.

All documents must be complete and ready to sign before the appointment. The Notary cannot notarize incomplete documents. Know which notarial act your document requires — if unsure, consult the document's issuing authority or a licensed California attorney.
All signers must present a current, government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment. Acceptable forms include a California driver's license, U.S. passport, military ID, or any ID satisfying California Civil Code § 1185. IDs must be current or issued within the last five years. Temporary IDs are not acceptable.
Kevin will arrive at your designated location at the agreed time. He will perform the notarial act, record it in his official journal, and collect payment at the time of service. Accepted payment: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Cash.
Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice are free. Less than 24 hours' notice is subject to a fee equal to the applicable travel fee.
The Notary will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If the appointment cannot begin within 15 minutes, it will be treated as a no-show and the travel fee will apply.
Any parking or access fees anticipated to exceed $10.00 will be discussed and approved by the Client before being incurred.
The Notary reserves the right to refuse service if a signer lacks valid ID, appears to be under duress, or if the transaction appears fraudulent or unlawful. The travel fee may still apply.
