2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: When you visit feliciano-notary.com, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time of visit.
  • Cookies: Our website may use essential cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google Form and Google Maps on this site may set cookies governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by California law:

  • Notarial journal: The official notarial journal is retained for a minimum of 10 years following the last entry, as required by California Government Code § 8206.
  • Appointment and contact records: Retained for up to 3 years following the last appointment or communication, then securely deleted.
